When you submit the contact form, the details you enter (name, company, email address, phone number and your message) are transmitted via the form-processing service Web3Forms and delivered to my email inbox. This data is used solely to respond to your message and discuss a possible engagement. It is not used for newsletters, not sold, and not shared with third parties beyond the processing described here. On submission the form also records which source and which landing page your visit started from, so I know how you found me. That is stored only in your browser for the duration of your visit (session storage), is not a cookie, and is not shared with third parties.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics (page views, referral sources, countries, performance). This measurement is cookieless: it places no cookies, builds no individual visitor profiles and tracks no one across websites.
If you choose "Allow" in the cookie notice, this site loads the Leadfeeder tracker (Leadfeeder is part of Dealfront). Leadfeeder uses the IP address of your visit to identify the company network it comes from, records which pages were viewed, and places a cookie to recognize repeat visits. I use this only to see which organizations are interested in my services. Visits from home or mobile connections usually cannot be linked to a company. If you choose "Decline" or make no choice, Leadfeeder is not loaded and no Leadfeeder cookie is placed. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so the notice does not reappear on every page. You can change or withdraw it at any time: cookie settings.
If you book a meeting via the "Schedule a meeting" button, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Calendly loads only after you click the button and processes the details you enter in its booking window.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like virtually all web hosts, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver and secure the site.
Contact-form emails are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. Visitor statistics exist only in aggregate form and contain no personal profiles. You can ask me at any time to delete visit data collected by Leadfeeder.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data I hold about you, and the right to object to processing. Email info@schneiderdynamics.com for any request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
