What I do in D365 Field Service
Full implementations for organizations with technicians in the field: work orders, agreements, assets, mobile. Universal Resource Scheduling set up so planners actually trust it. And the part most projects underestimate: connecting D365 Field Service to the systems around it, so work orders, assets and skills stay current.
- D365 Field Service implementation, greenfield or replacing an existing tool
- Universal Resource Scheduling (URS): configuration, schedule boards, booking rules
- Work-order integrations with external planning and ERP systems
- D365 Field Service mobile adoption, so asset data gets updated where the work happens
- Copilot and AI agent pilots, such as the Scheduling Operations Agent, tested against real data
Good schedules start with good data
A scheduling engine can only be as good as the data it is given. When skills are out of date or asset information arrives late from the ERP, the system confidently sends the wrong technician. I have seen it happen, and the fix is usually not a smarter algorithm. It is discipline in the data flow: assets updated through the mobile app, skills maintained, integrations designed so information lands where planners need it.
Experience that travels
I led the D365 Field Service side of a large rollout for a Dutch housing corporation, with hundreds of end-users including a large group of field professionals, connected to their ERP and property-management landscape. For a US-based healthcare technical services company I implement D365 Field Service and URS with work-order integration to an external planning system, an engagement that has been running fully remote across US time zones since 2024. Remote delivery is proven practice for me, not an experiment.

D365 Field Service questions
Can you fix our existing D365 Field Service setup, or only new implementations?
Both. Optimising an existing setup is often the better investment: cleaner data flows, better scheduling rules and mobile adoption usually beat a rebuild.
Do you implement Universal Resource Scheduling (URS)?
Yes. URS configuration, schedule boards and booking rules are core to my work, including the integrations that bring work orders in from other systems and push planned work back.
Do you work with our ERP as well?
I design the integration between D365 Field Service and your ERP or planning landscape, with Dual Write, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory or Scribe, depending on what fits.
