Before consulting I spent over a decade on the client's side of the table, running operations and serving as CRM key-user, followed by account management in Microsoft-stack environments. I know what it's like to buy, use and depend on these systems, not just build them. That shapes how I work: honest about fit, allergic to unnecessary customisation, and focused on a platform your people actually adopt.
Remote delivery across time zones is proven practice for me, including a long-running engagement with a US-based team. Dutch is my native language; English is my professional working language.

Both. I take on engagements directly and via consultancies and Microsoft partners, as lead consultant, functional consultant or solution architect.
Where do you work from?
Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Full-remote across the EU, hybrid in the Netherlands, and my working hours are flexible across EU and US time zones.
