Environment quick scan

Know what you have before you decide what to build

A time-boxed scan that turns your current D365 CE or D365 Field Service environment into a concrete, prioritized plan your team can execute.

The environment quick scan

A time-boxed look at your existing D365 CE or D365 Field Service environment. Where does it help, where does it hurt, and what should you tackle first? The deliverable is deliberately not a report for the drawer.

  • A prioritized, build-ready backlog in your own Azure DevOps
  • A concise fit/gap analysis and roadmap behind it
  • A starting point any team can pick up on Monday, with or without me

When a scan pays off

Typically right before a budget decision: improve or reimplement, extend or replace, insource or outsource. It also works as a second opinion on a running implementation, or as the starting point when you inherit an environment nobody fully understands anymore.

After the scan

You decide what happens next. Execute the backlog with your own team, with your partner, or with me. The scan stands on its own, and the backlog lives in your Azure DevOps, not mine.

Quick scan questions

How long does the quick scan take?

It is time-boxed and depends on the size of your environment. We agree the scope in the intake call, so you know the investment before it starts.

Can the scan run remotely?

Yes. Workshops and interviews run remote by default, across EU and US time zones. Hybrid in the Netherlands works too.

What do we hold at the end of a scan?

A prioritized backlog in your Azure DevOps plus a concise fit/gap and roadmap. A working asset, not a slide deck.
